Gearbox overhaul

I'd been experiencing gear crunching at high rpm shifting for a couple of years, especially in 3rd and 4th gear. After sudden and complete loss of synchronization above 3000 rpm in 5th gear I decided to rebuild the gearbox.

3 main bearings, a complete set of new Synchrotech carbon synchros, new 3/4 sleeve+hub, mint 5/R sleeve, were replaced. 

Very costly rebuild indeed, but the crunching is now completely gone and shifting is much crisper thanks to new carbon synchros.
